General Questions

How far back does EsquireConnect show settings and invoices information?
EsquireConnect shows all settings that were scheduled to take place after May 31, 2015. It does not show cancelled proceedings, or proceedings that took place before June 1, 2015.

Can I see the information prior to June 2015?
Submit a ticket to retrieve transcripts or exhibits prior to June 1, 2015.

Can I have more than one EsquireConnect account?
Each EsquireConnect account must be linked to a unique email address. You can set communications preferences so that the attorney never receives an email.

Can my firm use one account for all of its work?

No. For security, tracking and billing purposes, each person using EsquireConnect must have an account. However, we have made EsquireConnect very easy to use collaboratively. See Team Scheduling.

Do attorneys have EsquireConnect accounts?

Yes. Anyone with an account with Esquire has an EsquireConnect account, even if they choose not to access it (or don't know their password).

How can my attorney get access to EsquireConnect?

The attorney should go to www.esquireconnect.com and click on Forgot Login and enter his or her email address. The username is the email address. The attorney will receive an email with a link to reset the password.
